Hello and welcome! My name is Rose, and I am a fourth year student here at the University of Victoria. I am studying to get my Bachelors of Fine Arts with a major in Writing. I have always been a big fan of writing for the screen, so I’ve focused on screenwriting during my time at UVic.
I also really enjoy visual arts, so I am also working on a minor in Art Education. My favorite medias to work with are sculpture and ink, although I was raised in a house full of painters.
I was born and raised in Port Coquitlam with two sisters and my cat named Milo. He’s a Siamese cat who refuses to stay inside. I’d say the hardest thing about moving away is missing him, but I am almost finished my degree.
I am on track to graduate after the fall semester, and I’ve been very fortunate to be able to receive an education in a place in the world that is still closed to home, but provides a very different experience.
